Potential clients have called me from all over the country, usually to seek help with troubles they are having after being injured at work. It can be a frustrating system and after contacting my office, people know that if they have a valid case, they are not alone in dealing with the federal bureaucracy.

In workers compensation matters I provide representation at OWCP’s District Office, Branch of Hearings and Review and the Employees Compensation Appeals Board. As some employees know all too well, an injury can lead to other problems, requiring litigation at the EEOC, MSPB and perhaps a disability retirement with OPM. I have substantial experience in those forums.
